As the Muslim Umar is completing the 30 days fasting according to the tenet of Islam, the Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Adesina 'Lanre Ogunsola, FCPA felicitate Muslims on the celebration of Eid-al-Fitr.
The Chairman expressed gratitude to Allah for strengthen the Muslims throughout the holy month of Ramadan, as he urged brothers and sisters in Islam to inculcate the discipline and perseverance displayed throughout the period of Ramadan in their daily life having completed the fasting just has prescribed by Allah.
"As we marked the end of Ramadan and celebrate Eid-al-Fitr, I would extend my felicitations to all the good people of Obafemi Owode Local Government, particularly to our Muslim brothers and sisters who had observed fasting as it is expected of all Muslims
May this celebration bring us closer to our Creator, foster unity, peace and prosperity among all and fill our hearts with love, compassion and kindness"
I wish every Muslims a joyous Eid-al-Fitr celebration, filled with happiness, laughter and unending love. While i prayed, Allah accepts our fast, prayers and good deeds, as He grants us the strength to continue striving for excellence in all aspects of our lives.
