The Ogun State Government, led by His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has approved the Compulsory Confirmation/Promotion examination for Public/Civil Servants.
This examination assesses officers' knowledge of Public Service Rules, Financial Regulations, Office Manual, Local Legislation, and Use of English, familiarizing them with rules, regulations, and procedures in the Public Service.
The examination is mandatory for newly recruited officers, officers with intercadre transfer, and both junior and senior categories of officers. Conducted twice a year, in June and December, the December edition includes both Computer-Based Test (CBT) and written examinations.
Governor Abiodun's commitment to enhancing public service excellence is evident in his approval of this examination. By fostering an environment of growth and digitization, he demonstrates dedication to promoting excellence and professionalism among Public/Civil Servants. His efforts to promote capacity building and modern technology in public service delivery are commendable, and we acknowledge his commitment to strengthening the Public Service in Ogun State.
