In a significant boost to the infrastructure of Ifo and Ewekoro Local Government Areas, RT. Hon. This initiative has earned him the affectionate title of *BaBa Imole of Ifo/Ewekoro*—translated as *Father of Light*—reflecting his commitment to enhancing the quality of life in his constituency.
Throughout 2024, Hon. Isiak has demonstrated unwavering dedication to the development of Ifo and Ewekoro, regularly facilitating solar light projects to illuminate the many nooks and crannies of these rapidly growing local government areas. His vision extends beyond mere illumination; he aims to foster a safer and more vibrant community environment for all residents.
The latest installation of solar lights spans a wide array of locations, including schools, community centers, and strategic junctions. Notable areas receiving these enhancements include:
- Oludademu Community School, Ajowa
- YounGest Baale Area
- Jambu Transformer Coker
- Alapoti, Opo Town, and several transformer sites across the region.
This extensive network of solar lights is not just about aesthetics; it plays a crucial role in improving safety and security for residents, particularly at night. The initiative also complements an ongoing project to install electricity transformers, further ensuring that communities have access to reliable power sources.
Among the 150 locations receiving solar lights are several villages and community hubs such as:
- Ibogun Divisional Police Station
- Oke Oko Area
- Unity Avenue CDA
- Various villages including Akingbade, Ijebu, and Ogunna
