The management of the Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, hereby declare publicly that it is not in anyway affiliated to a group known as the 3scFans TV.
Following questions from various quarters regarding the activities of the group, the management wishes to state here that there is no relationship between it and the group.
We hereby wish to inform the public that there is no affiliation between the club (3SC), which is owned and financed by the Oyo State Government and a group called, 3scFansTV, established by certain individuals.
For clarity sake, there is no Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or agreement officially, verbally or written, entered into by the club with any group or the said 3scFan TV as claimed by the group.
3SC, as a team has its own media department headed by a Media Officer, and therefore has no other media outlet established for its image making purpose.
We hereby advise the general public to stop dealing with the group in the name of the club as there is no affiliation between both parties.
Anyone having anything to do with the 3scFansTV, is doing so on its own as the club will not be responsible for any issue that may come up via the dealings . The individuals involved are by this notice advised to stay away from attending Shooting Stars match as government will not tolerate anyone using its brand to deceive innocent members of the public.
Please take note that this statement is not meant to malign any group of persons or individual, but to put the record straight that the 3scFansTV operate privately and does not have any affiliation with the club officially.
