APC Chairmanship aspirant, Hon. Lateef Osinaike has disclosed that he is putting his political aspiration to be the next chairman of Odogbolu local government on hold in order to support Dr. Babatunde Diya who is the clear people's choice to lead the local government area.
Hon. Osinaike acknowledges and praises the immense work Dr. Diya, through his Foundation, has been doing for mamy years in the areas of health, education, community engagements, and environmental cleanliness. For him, no greater love can a man have for his people than spend his time, energy and resources in making lives better. This, Alhaji Osinaike says, stands Dr. Babatunde Diya out and is the primary reason he has withdrawn his aspiration.
Hon. Osinaike has instructed his teeming supporters to throw their weight behind Dr. Diya and promises to use his own expertise and experience in agriculture, health, administration and manufacturing to support Dr. Tunde Diya as the next chairman of Odogbolu local government area.
