Chairmanship Election: Omowunmi Agbaje Takes Consultation To Gbagura Wards 

The Frontline All Progressives Congress Chairmanship Aspirant in Abeokuta North, Alhaja Omowunmi Agbaje has commenced consultations with leaders and delegates with a view to securing their support ahead of the primaries slated for October, 2024.

Agbaje began the tour on Wednesday, 7th of August with a visit to the Party’s leadership in ward 06 where her team was hosted by the Chairman and Members of the Executive,  Ward Chairman, Woman Leader, Youth Leader, and other leaders from the ward. 

Speaking at the expanded leadership meeting which had the members of All Progressives Congress APC, Alhaja Omowunmi Agbaje stated that hier decision to kickstart the ward consultations from ward 06 is because Gbagura remains where she use to vote and her ancestral home in Abeokuta North Local Government.

She assured the members of her readiness to make them enjoy the dividends of democracy if supported to emerge as the chairman in the forthcoming All Progressives Congress primary election as a candidate of the party.

"I will ensure I carry all members and leaders of All Progressives Congress, APC along in my administration and all necessary dividends shall be sent to appropriate quarters without any delay"

"I am here to solicit for your support and guidance on the aspiration of Chairmanship position in Abeokuta North Local Government, I am opened to learnings from you, I would appreciate your fatherly and motherly advice to assist my journey" Said Alhaja Omowunmi Agbaje.

Also, she pleaded for maximum support from the women in politics to ensure they do everything possible for their gender to emerge as the next Chairman of Abeokuta North Local Government.
