The leadership of All Progressives Congress, APC Local Government Party Chairmen led by Hon. Henry Fagbenro on Thursday paid a solidarity visit to the National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje at the national party secretariat in Abuja.
The visit according to Hon. Fagbenro is to pass a vote of confidence on the National Chairman, saying that he is a great performer.
The forum also used the opportunity of the visit to present an award of excellence to Ganduje for his leadership hallmarks as National Chairman.
The party National Chairman described him as a thorough-bred democrat who has devoted his life to the service of the people and Nigeria.
According to him, the management of our party since becoming the National Chairman is a proven testimony of his capacity as a masterful politician.
Fagbenro urged the APC National Chairman not to be bothered about what is enemies rather he should focus on how he move the party forward.
Duirng the meeting , the forum also discussed with Ganduje on how to promote party to next level.
Also the National party Chairman also briefed Ganduje on their next meeting to be hosted by Ogun state governor his excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun whom will also be recieving an award alongside with the National leader of the party, Chief Olusegun Osoba.
While responding Ganduje said Governor Abiodun is a pride of the nation. He laid said that Chief Olusegun Osoba is a father of new democracy.
