Setting the record straight:
The Attention of the CEO and Management staff of Owoeye & Company had been drawn to a viral video circulating on social media where some women are claiming to be scared of attacks by Alhaji Mutairu Owoeye Boys in Kara village in Ogun State
The said video is fake and doctored by enemies of progress.
The same video was circulated in the year 2023 and the incident alleged was properly investigated and charged to court by the Police:
It could be recalled that in the year 2023, same video emanated on WhatsApp loops leading to legal implications where Baba Owoeye Workers were arrested.
According to a legal advice from Ministry of Justice Department of Public Prosecutions dated 16th of November, 2023.
It reads in part as follows:
"I recommend no charge against the suspects: Ridwan
Olanrewaju, Isiaka Lawal a.k.a Saudi, Kehinde Ajani, Monsuru Ishola and Adeeko Olalekan.
Your duplicate casefile is hereby retained for record purpose. A copy of this Legal Advice is
endorsed to the Chief Magistrate (Admin.) Owode-egba Magisterial District for the information of
the Honourable Court entertaining the matter."
The General Public is hereby advised that there is no iota of truth in the video going around, kindly disregard the women crying foul, they are sponsored by opposition set to tarnish the good name and image of the Company and its Patron
