Passengers expressed disappointment as United Airlines 'UA 613' Lagos to Washington DC. canceled flight after four hours of delay, no information

The passengers that were supposed to board an airplane, United Airlines UA 613 from Muritala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos to 

Washington DC. has expressed disappointment over the poor customer service of the flight management after the scheduled time elapsed without any information to address the reason why there was a delay till the flight was officially canceled. 

According to one of the passengers who pleaded anonymity said: 

"United flight 613 Lagos to Washington was supposed to leave at 11.50p.m Wednesday, Feb 21 canceled after passengers were kept waiting for 4 hours without any information or airline officials attending to them." 

"Not a single airline official attended to us. We were left with conflicting information and even had to pay our way to the hotel provided" He said. 

All efforts to get across to the airline public relations office proved abortive at the time of filing our report.
