RE: WHY PETER OBI CANT PAY ALL LP POOLING UNITS AGENTS: AKIN OSUNTOKUN, JULIUS ABURE AND PETER OBI NEED URGENT PSYCHIATRIC INSANITY TEST FOR THEIR INFANTILE CLAIMS OF WINNING THE FEBRUARY 18TH 2023 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION WITHOUT POOLING UNITS RESULT FORM EC8A
Gentlemen Of the press
(1) We, at the Labour Party, have taken note of the recent verbal attacks launched by former presidential candidate Mr. Peter Obi against our esteemed National Chairman, ALHAJI Lamidi Apapa, and myself, Abayomi Arabambi, the National Publicity Secretary.
(2) Labour party attention was particularly drawn to a statement In an exclusive interview granted by one Dementia patient Akin Osuntokun who said Peter Obi was not in a position to pay all LP obedient polling agents during the 2023 presidential election
(3) According to him , Peter Obi never had the money to do so and thus they had to narrow it down to where he can pay and drop those agents in several thousands pooling units where they can't pay
(4) AKIN OSUNTOKUN further said "We had a situation in which many obidients and people that performed the role of agents, and polling agents were not enumerated.It was just their initiative to do so in most parts of the country.It is a fact that we couldn’t pay many of the agents.Some funds were available but it was used to offset and didn’t go around the country.In any case, for anybody who is a party agent, should that be the concern if you truly love the party you are working for.Unfortunately, the Labour Party platform is a mixed flag.We have the likes of many of the obidients in the Labour Party who are there as machinery and things like that, The Lamidi Apapa and Arabambi are typical of the Labour Party of the past.This is a problem."
(5)This statement has confirmed the obvious that this Ethically Rusty and Morally Depraved mind has lost his cognitive function of thinking, remembering and reasoning to such a dangerous extent that it has now permanently interferes with his act of making public statements that has ultimately made him one of the worst addition to human race
(6)For the records, we would not have dignify this purile lies from this normadic political misfits and bystanders but for the benefit of the general public who might be mislead to think it's a statement made in their interest
(7) Paragraph 4 ,5 and 6 of the First Schedule to the Electoral Act describes the Contents of election petition as follows:
4. (1) An election petition under this Act shall-
(a) specify the parties interested in the election petition;
(b) specify the right of the election, petition
(c) state the holding of the election, the scores of the candidates and the person returned as the winner of the election, and
(d) state clearly the facts of the election petition and the ground or grounds on which the petition is based and the relief sought by the petitioner.
5. The election petition shall be accompanied by -
(a) a list of the witnesses that the petitioner intends to call in proof of the petition:
(b) written statements on oath of the witnesses and
(c) copies or list of every document to be relied on at the hearing of the petition.
6. A petition which fails to comply with the sub paragraphs (5) shall not be accepted for filling by the secretary
(8) The election petition must be filed within 21 days after the date of the declaration of the results of the elections. The Tribunal shall deliver a judgment in writing within 180 days from the date of the filing of the petition. This is as stipulated in Section 132(7) & (8) of the Electoral Act, 2022.
(9) Form EC8A is the most popular sheet INEC uses for recording at polling unit. It is the most important sheet because it is the first result sheet.
(10).Labour party likes to remind this incoherent and thoroughly demystified demented political scavenger that out of the the 189,180 total list of polling unit and collation centre agents that was used for the presidential, National Assembly and Governorship election ,a total of one million five hundred and seventy four thousand,three hundred and one (1,574,301) party polling unit agents and 68,057 collation agents were submitted to INEC by political parties.
(11) In summary, the ruling All Progressives Congress deployed (176,223 PUAs and 9,581 CAs);
Peoples Democratic Party (176,558 PUAs and 9,539 CAs)
New Nigeria Peoples Party (176,200 PUAs and 9,604 CAs).
Labour Party (134,874 PUAs and 4,859 CAs
Accord (83,007 PUAs and 3,358 CAs
Action Alliance (56,459 PUAs and 1,531 CAs
African Action Congress (38,779 PUAs and 1,723 CAs
African Democratic Congress (96,043 PUAs and 3,626 CAs
Action Democratic Party (44,516 PUAs and 548 CAs
All Progressives Grand Alliance (25,657 PUAs and 933 CAs

(12) With the above data from INEC , it's obvious Labour party manage by under grossly incompetent Julius Abure and Peter Obi has already conceded defeat to the APC in 54,306 pooling units across the country, a sort of Christian wake keep for LP presidential mandate
(13) Further more , with the confession of the mentally derailed former Director General of LP PCC who was ON loan to LP from ZLP that they were even unable to pay all the remaining up loaded 134,874 pooling units agents meant that both Peter Obi and Julius Abure jointly presided over interment of LP presidential mandate at the Cemetery
(14) On Akin Osuntokun's wild claims against our National Leadership as mercenaries, I will now remind him why Peter Obi and Labour party failed woefully at both the PEPT and the Supreme Court
(15) Peter Obi and his tattered Labour party went on a wild goose chase even after failing to fund the Party in order to pay polling agents, they also filed the written statement witnesses on oath outside the stipulated time
(16) Obi failed to convince the Tribunal those polling units where he was rigged out because he was unable to substantiate the
specific polling units where the irregularities occurs and fails to use spreadsheets, inspection reports, and forensic analysis as evidence in the trial.
(17) All the documents promised by Peter Obi as a serious petitioners were not attached to the petition and served on the respondents .The Justices ruled that Obi and the Labour Party did not adequately detail their allegations of corrupt practices, vote suppression, fictitious results, and other irregularities in their petition.
(18) The Presidential Tribunal also Strikes Out Report From The EU Tendered By Peter Obi From Its Record For Not Meeting The Clarification Guidelines.The court said it rejected the reports on the ground that it was not tendered by official of the body which is the author and has custody of the document and also that Peter Obi lawyers were aware that the actual copy of the report was earlier in line with all extant Law that same report had earlier been tendered by Atiku Abubakar and PDP while prosecuting their petition before the tribunal.
(19) The Tribunal also affirmed that the Nigeria Police, through its IGP, had written to the US to confirm the criminal status of Bola Tinubu and the US government had replied in 2003 stating that Bola Tinubu had no criminal records in the US.
(20) On Peter Obi request that 25% FCT vote is a requirement before a president can be declared, the court noted that this is a shame on the part of Peter Obi legal teams to be told in clear terms that Abuja Is Equal To Every Other States In Nigeria since according to the Tribunal , Residents Of Abuja Don't Have Special Privileges, Every Nigerian Is Equal.
(21)Akin Osuntokun's must be suffering from Amnesia due to his loss of memories, including facts, information and experiences because the PEPT discountenances the Claim By The Labour Party Concerning the Blurred 18,088 Results Sheets as totally Unfounded as Labour Party Ought To Have Agents At Every Polling Unit with Copy Of the Result Sheet but here Peter Obi fraudulently converted all monies due to our pooling units agent across the country into his personal business .

(23) How does anyone claim to have won an election based solely on pejoratives, assumption,vague rhetorics and zero evidence pointing to such being the case ,but on the expectation that the actual winner would be disqualified and by some stroke of black magic the candidate in the 3rd place will suddenly be declared winner , without any proof of having scored the Majority vote is absolute rascality on display by Peter Obi and Julius Abure and their blind allies
(24) Labour party is now specifically demanding the Publication of the audited statement of account from a reputable auditor in the sum N19.67 billion Naira received before the Presidential election and N12B Naira and $15 million dollars remaining after the last presidential election, including other national and international donations received
(25) It is disheartening to witness Mr. Obi's attempt to undermine the credibility of our party and its leadership. His nomination by former President Olusegun Obasanjo is, to say the least, a disaster . We had expected a thorough vetting of a characters before such an endorsement is made .
(26) Contrary to Mr. Obi's assertions, our party operated with utmost financial transparency during the last election. No debts were incurred at all levels
(27) It's on records that no candidates of the party benefitted a kobo from the PCC , No states received mobilization fund for the election, No Secretariat was rented for our party at the wards, Local Government and the State levels across the country
(28)Members of the National Working Committee expenses, before and during the elections , were covered by the collective contributions of our members as only members of NWC from Igbo land and extraction were given vehicles donated by Innoson motors
(29) Peter Obi should bow for forgiveness from the nation's judiciary for his wrong accusations of bias in their judgments.
(30) The obedient mercenaries should wake up now and refrain from being used further by the Peter Obi/PDP political mercenaries in the LP. The PDP political mercenaries in the LP, Peter Obi, Abure , and cohorts, intended to use LP as a vehicle for the 2027 presidency for the PDP, and we are telling Nigerians that LP is not a party to such fraudulent merchandise MERGER
(31) We wish to advise Former vice President Alh Atiku Abubakar that our party leadership has not directed any one to engage in a merger talk with PDP and NNPP
(32) There is a supreme Court judgement that has Affirmed the leadership of Alh Bashiru Lamidi Apapa s the National Chairman of Labour party but the former retired Ag Director of INEC legal department One Mrs Toyin Babalola who deliberately ignored that order due to her unholy closeness , alliances heavy inducement and compromise from Julius Abure
(33)Alh Atiku Abubakar should know that all merger talks spearheaded by Prof Pat Uromi, a selfish PDP political mercenary, wearing the LP mask is not from the Labour party . We want to assured him that our party will resist such illegal merger talk with those normadic politicians

LABOUR PARTY DEMANDS THAT PETER OBI ,JULIUS ABURE AND AKIN OSUNTOKUN MUST PROSTRATE TO PRESIDENT TINUBU, JUDICIARY, AND NIGERIANS OVER THIS RECKLESS STATEMENTS
(35) Finally ,in the hall of fame of absurdities,the prayers presented at the tribunal by Peter Obi and the restrained former National Chairman Julius Abure should be framed for entertainment of future students of Law
