Dear Fellow compatriots
In commemoration of Nigeria's Armed Forces Remembrance Day, the Senate Leadership of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) under the leadership of Distinguished Senator Comrade Ekundina Segun Elvis, uses this medium to salute and appreciate the brave men and women who have served in our military, past and present, those who have contributed tremendously to ensuring the security architecture of our nation is in order. Their commitment and courage have helped keep our nation safe, and we are forever grateful for their service and unalloyed loyalty to the Nation.
The Senate secretariat of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) extends heartfelt felicitations to all members of the armed forces. We recognize the immeasurable sacrifices and bravery that our military personnel have made to ensure our safety and security, and we are grateful for their tireless efforts and selfless act of service.
We pay tribute to those who have given their lives in safeguarding our country. The work of our Armed Forces is crucial to the security and stability of our nation, and we are proud to stand with them as they work to keep us safe. The valor and courage displayed by the men and women of our armed forces is an inspiration to us all. As we observe this important day, let us honor those who have given their lives in defense of our nation, and let us renew our commitment to upholding the values of courage, patriotism, and self-sacrifice that they represent, even as we pray that may the labour of our past heroes never be in vain!
