LABOUR PARTY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PETER OBI/ JOE AJAERO NLC /TUC SPONSORED INSURRECTION , CONQUEST AND AIRPORT ATTACK : SETTING THE RECORDS STRAIGHT TO AVIATION MINISTER MR FESTUS KEYAMO SAN OPINIONS
The Labour party has responded to some news intercepted in various print and Electronic media credited to the Hon Minister of Aviation and Aero Space Development, Mr Festus Keyamo SAN where warned the NLC and TUC not to allow the Labour Party to destroy the labour movement in Nigeria.

National Publicity Secretary, Labour Party on the 11th November 2023 said, "Lamidi Apapa wishes to make it clear to the Minister and Nigerians that it was Peter Obi / Sen Athan ACHONU/ Joe Ajaero military wing supporters of the Labour Party masquerading as Labour unions members workers on Wednesday that criminally blocked the road to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja under the false pretext of avenging the attack on Ajaero in Owerri, capital of Imo."
"Also, The provocative political agenda of Joe Ajaero led Supporters of Peter Obi Support group was primarily aimed to Conquer Nigeria under the false narratives of agitating for the welfare of Imo State workforce and we commended the men of the Nigeria Army and Police whose timely intervention crushed the unwarranted insurrection of NLC boss who couldn't distinguish between seeking redress over an infringement on fundamental human rights and conduct likely to cause breach of peace and waging war against the President in other to intimidate to cause a violent overthrow."
"Here was a man whose instincts tell him that the people of Nigeria must be made to suffer because his ego was bruised by Imo state workers who are protesting his dictatorial tendencies of attempting to installed his Cousin as the Chairman of Imo State council NLC
Joe Ajaero's indiscriminate use of NLC to prosecute his personal agenda of attempted political and Economy Conquest of his home state of Imo is an affirmation of his desire to Overthrow democracy
Just yesterday, he was quoted to have said that nothing is wrong if INEC postpones the scheduled Saturday election and further affirmed their decision to go ahead with the strike by midnight of Monday despite the restraining order granted to the Federal Government of Nigeria by the National Industrial court .
What manner of institutionalized manifest executive rascality on display, the first of its kind by a labour union leader with a posture that he is a government on his own. Joe Ajaero disregards for rule of law is very alarming and such an actions has definitely overstretched the limit of law permissible thus constituting a treasonable felony acts."
He said the Minister of Aviation would recollect that some weeks ago, the Federal Executive Council, chaired by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu approved and adopted wholesale the MOU and some of the agreements in the MOU have being implemented. The wage award of N35,000 to Federal workers is being paid. The N25,000 to be paid over 6 months to 15 million households is also being executed.
However, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR administration has also demonstrated his commitments to the MOU by the removal of the 7.5% VAT on diesel as demanded by the Labour Movement and last week launched the Compressed Natural Gas vehicles, which it promised to provide countrywide.
He said, despite all this laudable commitment, the Joe Ajaero led Military wing supporters of Labour party are hell bend to going on strike and shutting down the economy with the sole aim of political and Economy Conquest of Nigeria simply because one container loads economist bland petition was dismissed under 2 mins by the supreme Court .

The President's many appointees are also culpable in the current shenanigans been orchestrated by Joe Ajaero military junta because they have suddenly become voiceless , unconcerned about the legitimacy and safety of the President of Nigeria Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR which has since been confirmed by the supreme Court.
Many of them deliberately assumed ghosts status in the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Government by converting themselves to benchwarmers , voiceless leaders and uninterested bystanders that made Mr Peter Obi thinks our defense was for APC instead of the Nigerian institution under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR
Labour Party is shocked that Peter Obi , Joe Ajaero and their Agberos Supporters could plan to set Nigeria on Fire over the empty and bland petition that was dismissed under 2 mins by the supreme Court because how does anyone claim to have won an election based solely on pejoratives, assumption, vague rhetorics and zero evidence pointing to such being the case, but on the expectation that the actual winner would be disqualified and by some stroke of black magic, the candidate in the 3rd place will suddenly be declared winner without any proof of having scored the majority vote is absolute judicial madness on display by Peter Obi, Joe Ajaero and their blind allies .
Labour Party commends You for speaking against this evil trend of Joe Ajaero, we also commend Mr Bayo Onanuga, Hon minister of Labour and Employment, Hon Minister of State Labour and Employment and most especially the Attorney General and Minister of Justice for taking judicial steps to halt the impending sabotage and rebellion currently in the framework of Joe Ajaero led Military wing of Peter Obi Labour party Support group by securing yesterday Friday 10th day of November 2023 an order of interim injunction from the NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COURT OF NIGERIA (NICN) stopping members of organised labour, including the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), the Trade Union Congress (TUC), and their affiliates from proceeding with the nationwide strike scheduled to commence on November 14
It pertinent for those PETER OBI NLC/TUC ARSONIST to note that the president of the court, Justice Benedict Kanyip, issued the order on Friday while ruling on an ex-parte application brought before the court by the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) on behalf of the Federal Government and argued by Tijani Gazali (SAN), Acting Director (Civil Appeals), Federal Ministry of Justice.
Justice Kanyip said the order shall subsist until the determination of a motion on notice for interlocutory injunctions equally filed by the AGF. The judge further said the court is empowered under sections Section 7(1) and 19(a) of the NICN Establishment Act, to hear such ex-parte application and grant such ex-parte order where a strike is threatened, but yet to be commenced, as in this case.
It's therefore, incongruous and antithetical to common sense to think that Labour party should be held accountable for malicious intent of Peter Obi in collusion with Joe Ajaero led Military wing of Peter Obi Labour party Support group attempted insurrection through conduct likely to cause breech of peace and setting up Nigerians to violently overthrown President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Government an action over which we have no locus responsibility to stop except the security agencies
We considered the arrant nonsensical gibberish and bitter toxic accusations of Mr Peter Obi Faction of LP that we have been bought over and sponsored by APC as a complete vituperations of an embittered and thoroughly demystified political sore losers who have not been able to get over their devastating defeat and complete trouncing at the polls & are still smarting from the pain of judicial bashing unleashed on them at the Supreme court." He said.
In conclusion, Arabambi said Nigerians has a duty to protect the Nigeria territory and democratic institutions which is currently under the Leadership of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR administration and thus it's therefore not an excuse for any appointee of the President and Members of APC National Working Committee to constitutes themselves as benchwarmers , voiceless leaders and uninterested bystanders .
Labour party has no duty to defend APC as a party but the Government and institution of Nigeria and stability is a mission we will use all lawful means to engaged ourselves -in until those ethnic irredeemable irredentist worshipers and promoters of Conquest of our dear country beat a retreat.
