Onikoyi Celebrates Nigeria's 63rd Independence Anniversary with Unveiling of Projects.

 

The Executive Chairman of Ipokia Local Government, Hon Wale Agbetokun ONIKOYI has commemorated the good  people of Ipokia Local Government on the occasion of Nigeria's 63rd Independence Anniversary. While congratulating the leadership of Nigeria for making frantic efforts to better the country since Independence, he appreciates his people for not relenting as they strive hard towards contributing meaningfully to the socioeconomic advancement of the country. 

He recounts that leadership entails a lot of sacrifices and uncommon resilience while thanking his people for their supports for his government so far which has made him achieve quite a number of projects as value addition to the Local Government in the face of scarcity as an economic phenomenon affecting every economic agent across the globe. He enjoined the good people of Ipokia LG to look after the following projects widely spread around the Local Government in the best interest of the people as they are carefully executed by his administration as very necessary interventions based on needs assessments;

i. 𝚁𝚎𝚗𝚘𝚟𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚘𝚏 𝙰𝚐𝚊𝚍𝚊 𝙼𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚒𝚝𝚢 𝙲𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚛𝚎, Agada.

vii. 𝙴𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚛𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝 𝚘𝚏 selected 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚝𝚑 𝚝𝚑𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚟𝚒𝚜𝚒𝚘𝚗 of Bajaj 𝚖𝚘𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚌𝚢𝚌𝚕𝚎𝚜 across the three Zones of Ipokia LG 

viii. Construction of a block of three offices and two toilets within the Ipokia Local Government Secretariat Premises

ix. Renovation of Legislative Complex at Ipokia Local Government Secretariat, Ipokia

x. Provision of solar powered street lights and offices within Local Government Secretariat and beyond

xi. Renovation of NPI Office Block at the Ipokia Local Government Secretariat, Ipokia.
