Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has revealed that Gabriel Jesus was substituted with a hamstring complaint against Sevilla.
Jesus set up the first goal for Gabriel Martinelli, before curling in an exquisite effort to make it 2-0.
The Brazilian striker was taken off after he went into a tackle in the second half.
“He felt something in his hamstring so let’s see.
He straight away asked to be subbed which is not good news because he’s not a player that does that at all so we’ll have to wait and see in the next few days,” Arteta said.
On Jesus’ performance, he added: “You need magic moments in these games and you need the big players to step in and create those moments.”
