The executive chairman of Obafemi—Owode local government, Amb. Ogunsola Lanrewaju Adesina has said the governor of Ogun State, Dr. Dapo Abiodun mfr has not tampered with the allocation of his local government.
Ogunsola while speaking on a live programme on Sweet Fm yesterday distanced self from the seventeen chairmen that had a meeting to challenge Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun on zero allocation allegations.
"Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun has never tampered with our local government allocations, we receive what is expected to be received from the federal government as at when due, I have not and will never be part of the local government chairmen who are having a meeting to challenge the governor with allegations of zero allocations to the local government." he said.
However, he appreciated the leadership acumen of Prince Dapo Abiodun and extension of hands of love to the local government to enable chairmen to perform beyond expectations with the provision of allocations to execute projects across the local government.
