Senator Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi has told the supporters group to remain calm following the recent ministerial list where many of them felt sidelined by not making the list as nominees.
Akanbi while speaking with our correspondent during the weekend said party loyalist and groups should remain calm if their names are not shortlisted for ministers, their names might come out on other appointment list respectively.
"I have always advised everyone to take it easy. The president has the right and the duty to choose those he feels can best deliver on his vision of a better life for Nigerians."he said.
"It cannot be easy for a man like President Tinubu with friends, associates, and Supporters across the country to pick a team out of so many competent and capable Nigerians, a lot of them with the specialised skills and knowledge that our country needs.
Whatever choices the President makes, let us pray that God will use them to make Nigeria better for us all."
"The ministerial list has been read and the Sun will still shine tomorrow morning. The most important thing is that we should be alive and in good health to witness and contribute to every new day."
"We must continue to pray for and support our President and our country." He added.
