It is a pure desire for political power, a struggle for resources, ethnic rivalries, and economic competition.
Traditional worshipers may experience persecution or discrimination as a result of their belief system. Islamic and others religion might have certain beliefs imposed upon them by family, friends, or intimate partners and feel obligated to uphold these beliefs, even when they differ from personal views just because they might open many people eyes and it will affect their incomes, followers, and strength because many religions leader in kwara state/Nigeria have no job doing they've turned their religion to professional caterer
Subject to constitution
Section 10 of the Nigerian Constitution: Prohibition of State Religion
10. The Government of the Federation or of a State shall not adopt any religion as State Religion.
The duties of Nigeria Police is to prevention and detection of crime. The apprehension of offenders. The preservation of law and order. The protection of life and property.
So what happened to Kwara state Governor and commissioner of police in Kwara state or they don't have respect for Nigeria constitution? Or the commissioner of police doesn't know her duties?if yes that means the governor didn't qualify to be the chief Security of that state as a governor and the commissioner needs to be redeploy as a matter of argency for lack of experience
If the commissioner of the police can openly stop the activities of one religion against another religion it means the governor of the state is aware and if care is not taken the order can cause many crises in some part of Nigeria
The governor and Commissioner of the police should act Libras a desire for balance in all aspects of their lives.and that is only ways peace can be restored to the state
The commissioner of the police and the Governor should also consider and respect
Section 38 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) Every person shall be entitled to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, including freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom (either alone or in community with others, and in public or in private) to manifest and propagate his religion or belief in worship, teaching, practice and observance.
The governor is the head of the executive branch of the state government and is constitutionally obligated to "take care the laws be faithfully to the citizens and executed
I don't want to believe the governor or the inspector general of police will give directives to the commissioner of police in support Islamic religion because they're Muslims according to the rumor
All our the religious leaders should learn how to preach the words of God without criticizing or condemning other religions if God wants all Nigerians to be practicing one religion he has the capacity to do it and there's no proof that almighty God will only accept one particular religion apart from what will read in religious books
I am also a practice Muslim but 1999 Nigeria constitution amendments must be respected since Nigeria is not a Muslim Christian's and traditional worshipers country
