'We will miss your fatherly advice', APC Chairman Abeokuta North, Alhaja Faidat mourn the passage of Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin

  



The Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC in Abeokuta North area of Ogun state, Alhaja Faidat Sarumi has mourned the death of Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin who died in the early hours of today, Wednesday 3rd of May, 2023.

According to the information from family source, Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin died today after brief illness at 80.

In a condolence message, personally signed by Alhaja Faidat Sarumi and made available to Amebo Newspapers NG in Abeokuta city, she described the passage of Alhaji Bodunrin as an unexpected event. 

While she described the deceased as a great politician of repute, a mentor, a teacher and a member of elders council to Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun mfr. 

The deceased, during his lifetime, stood for what is right, always championing policies that will impact positively on the lives of the people of his community.

The deceased during his life  time worked towards ensuring progress in Ogun APC 

“I am saddened by the death of one of our political leaders in Abeokuta North Local, Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin.

''He was a loyal party man and committed democrat, with a deep understanding of the state’s political landscape.

“He was an extremely loyal and great politician, who did his best for our party and an advocate of masses oriented programmes.


“Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin served his people and Ogun State passionately and meritoriously, We prayed God to grant the soul of the beloved Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin eternal rest in paradise and to all who mourn, fortitude to cope with this loss. Amen.

On behalf of my family, and the good people of my federal constituency, accept my sincere commiseration.
