The Appeal court has upholded Adekoya as the authentic candidate for reps, Ijebu North/Ijebu East and Ogun Waterside in Ogun State.
Struck out case instituted by Alhaji Tele Ogunjobi challenging the victory of Rt. Hon. Adesegun Abdel-Majid Adekoya, Reps Deputy Minority Whips as the authentic candidate of People's Democratic Party, PDP in the last primary election.
The judgement delivered few minutes ago at the court sitting in Ibadan where the appeal struck out with N300,000 in favour of 1st , 2nd and 3rd respondent.
