Former LP Chairman, Arabambi Petition Ogun CP Over Attempts To Kill Him By MD, Sky Motors In Ogun

The immediate past Chairman of Labour party in Ogun State and Presently the National Publicity Secretary Comrade Gentleman Arabambi Abayomi has Petition the Ogun State Commissioner of Police CP, Lanre Balogun over an attempts to assasinate him ,his wife and daughter by one Wale Joseph the MD of Sky Motors located at his premises in Ogun State Fire service HQ Onikoko area of Abeokuta.

 

In a petition written and signed by Barrister Monday Mawah on behalf of the labour party  National Publicity Secretary, said, Arabambi drove on the Panseke -Adigbe road in the night of February 3rd around 10.40pm before a man identified as Wale Joseph double crossed him with his unregistered black mercedes benz car.

The petition dated 7th February claimed the case was reported to the Adigbe Police Station but was stalled after the police released Wale to hurriedly attend to a wedding party in Lagos without interrogation but on self recognition

The petition reads “We act as firm of Solicitors to Comrade Arabambi Abayomi, (hereinafter referred to as “our client” and on whose firm authority we write this letter.

“Our client informed us that on the 4th day of Feb, 2022, he reported a case of assassination attempt on his life, his wife and daughter to the Adigbe Police Station against one Wale Joseph(MD SKY MOTORS) located inside the Headquarters of Ogun State Fire service.

“That after the formal complaint was made at the Adigbe Police Station, the Divisional Police Officer asked him to come back the next day and that he will invite the said Wale. (MD. SKY MOTORS Onikoko)

Our client further informed us that as promised, Wale was invited the next day and he confessed to actually being the one that double crossed him that night, but later said he was only joking with him. 

That in less than an hour, without any proper investigation, without a surety, that Wale was released on bail on the instruction of these DPO. 

It is consequent upon the above that our client is calling on you to use your good office to call for the file in order for our Client complaint to be properly investigated with a view to bringing all those involved to book in other to prevent the repetition of same.

Comrade Arabambi further confirmed to us that he has relocated to another state with member of his family since the man in question Adewale Joseph is walking freely without hinderances  boasting he is untouchable.
