BBHS Old Students Association To Honour Reps Deputy Minority Whip, Adekoya With Distinguish Awards On Educational Development

ABEOKUTA— The Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta old students association is set to honour the deputy minority whips, federal house of representatives, Rt Hon. Adesegun Abdel-Majid Adekoya with distinguish awards based on his love for education towards state and national development.

Boptist Boys' High School, Abeokuta, was founded In January 1923 and it is the 16
Oldest Secondary School in Nigeria. The School has produced illustrious Old Boys who
hove since grown to become Policy Makers and Captoins of Industries. For nearly forty
(40) years, the Old Boys Association has been partnering with the Ogun State
Government in maintaining the academic standard of the school as well as providing
basic infrastructural amenities amongst others. It may interest you to know thet 907% of the buildings in the School were built and solely maintained by the Old Boys' Association.

As we begin preporation for the Centenary Anniversary of the School, the entire
members of the alma mater consider it necessary to oppreciate notable private and
corporate individuah who have been giving bodk to the society and lessening the burden.
