Oworosoki town in Lagos State on Monday attracted crème de la crème in the society attend final burial of late Oloworo of Oworosoki, Oba Saliu.
The late Oloworo who passed on few months ago contributed immensely to the development and growth of the town during his reign.
One of the sons of late Oba Saliu who is thehe Vice Chairman of Kosofe local government area, Hon Babatunde Saliu in a chat with newsmen described his father as a great man.
According to him, he was a great man and attracted alot of development to the community within his 25 years on the throne.
"He transformed the community; before Oworosoki is full of criminals but my father curb their activities as the king. We thank God for his life well spent.
"I will miss so much about him, most expecially his early morning and evening prayer because that has really helped my life."
Hon Babatunde Saliu appreciated all dignitaries that grace the occasion including the high chiefs, all the honorables and the traditional rulers in Lagos State and beyond.
The Executive Chairman Kosofe local government area, Hon Moyosere Ogunlewe, President Yourba tennis club and principal member honorable dayo bush, musbau aigoro, Al-Hujjaj, All local government vice chairmen in lagos state and SSA's to Governor Sanwo-Olu, permanent secretaries and others attended the final burial held at oworosoki in lagos.
