.......Promises to do more for his people towards to ensure their well-being

Mode of selection was through forms to each local government to identify those who are really in need of supports in their businesses across the two local government using the head of traders to identify them.
During the event, Apostle Kunle Popoola, Chairman PCRC, Ogun State, appreciated High Chief Olumide Aderiokun for deeming it necessary to give back to the people of Owode and Odeda local government, most especially traders which would serve as relief and ease their mode of doing businesses, he also maintained that "their is no security that is above empowerment of people" an idle hand is the devils workshop, when people get engaged in their businesses it would reduce drastically rate of crimes in the society Amebo Newspaper NG learnt.
However, he applauded the interest free loan to the people, while he charged the beneficiaries not to default payment of the free interest loan to enable others to benefit from the open opportunity from the philanthropist.
Meanwhile, Alhaji Musa Adeyinka,Babaloja Lafenwa on behalf of the traders in Obafemi Owode and Odeda local government, appreciated High Chief Olumide Aderionkun for extending hands of fellowship to the people in the area through free interest loan despite not being in government, he described the gesture as a rare opportunity during this period, he prayed that may Almighty God continue to bless him more, after he highlighted the bore hole project he has constructed after request from Lafemwa market traders.
High Chief Olumide Aderionkun while addressing newsmen said
"During the electioneering campaign of 2019, all I was hearing from the people was their is no water, their is no money and all sort, the election came and gone, and by the grace of God, I am still here and after the election I met with my wife, Stephanie who encouraged me after noticing my spirit of giving back to the society, which gave birth to Olumide and Stephanie Aderiokun Foundation towards helping the masses who are in need." He said.
Also, He prayed for multiplication in many folds with the interest free loan given to the traders, as he charged them to ensure they return the loan as at when due, after using the loan appropriately.
"In the next two years, i am looking up to a moment where this gathering will be times three of this, and we issue 100,000 and more to our traders without any interests, the only way this can be achieved is by returning the loan as promised in without defaulting." He added.
Also speaking with Amebo Newspaper NG, was Chief Mrs Nike Ejioye, Auditor PDP Ogun State who gave kudos for the philanthropic gesture extended to the traders, he prayed for more grace to his family.
One of the beneficiaries, Abimbola Adegbule, described High Chief Olumide Aderinokun as a wonderful man, he said he was wondering about his philanthropic gesture in the state with the laudable projects he had embarked on for the few years of has joining his people in Nigeria, saying he would perform better if trusted with votes to represent the masses at any public offices, he prayed for Gods protection for him and his family.
