'I'm In Benin To Declare Mandate Of The Lord' - City-wide Crusade Convener

World renowned Evangelist and convener of Christ Banner Crusades, Evangelist Jerry Sule, has disclosed that God sent him to Benin to hold a 3-day city-wide crusade wherein mandate of the Lord would be declared.

The crusade billed to hold from Thursday, October 7 to Saturday 9 same month by 3pm each day, at the Main Bowl of the University of Benin, is in collaboration with the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, Edo South District.

Briefing journalists in Benin on Monday as regards what is expected at the crusade, Evangelist Sule said the main purpose of the crusade is to speak out to every soul with a view to bring such person to Jesus Christ.

Flanked by the Vice Chairman, PFN, Edo State, Evangelist Sule said by the grace and power of God, the crusade would speak for itself when the time comes, just as he noted that the crusade would herald changes into the city of Benin.

He not that the perilous time the Bible talks about has come and that the battle has been more fierce, just as he urged Christians not give up but should be more steadfast in the faith.

"We are in the end time. At this point in time, the church is in the war front, and the battle is getting more fierce...

"The devil is having more sophisticated weapon now. The battle we are fighting today is more than the Apostles of those days. The devil has released his agents all over to fight the body Jesus Christ. For this reason, we cannot concede to defeat. We must keep on fighting; we must keep on evangelizing; we must hold on to the faith; we must keep on praying and fasting. We are not going to give up," he declared.

Buttressing the Evangelist said, the state Vice Chairman, PFN, Pastor Solomon Imarhiagbe, said the Evangelist cannot do the crusade alone, hence PFN has put everything in place to make sure the goal of the programme is achieved.

While noting that so many persons have been carrying one burden or the other particularly in this period of time, the PFN Vice Chairman said such persons would be relieved of their budden at the crusade if they attend

"Just stepping into the crusade ground, wonders will happen. Miracles will happen when people step into the crusade ground. Prayers are already on, so it's a settled case. The man of God has been praying, and we too have joined him in the prayers, so, it is going to be a power-packed crusade. There shall be salvation; there shall be healing; there shall be deliverance," he said.

He, therefore, urged all and sundry to take the crusade seriously by attending, adding that free buses have been provided in eleven strategic routes across the city.
