Abeokuta— The Chief Executive Officer of Olageospatial Global Investment Company (OGIC), Olajide Fashina has been inducted into "Hall Of Fame" by the reputable media organization, Amebo Newspaper NG based on his unrelenting efforts in ensuring the masses become young landlords through the company low housing scheme.
Olajide Fashina, after receiving the medals and plague indicating his induction into the hall of fame by Amebo Newspaper NG emphasized on the need for Federal Government and state government needs to ensure they make provision for mortgage which will enable average Nigerians have shelter.
He said: "I believe in investing on people not because I love the person but because of his talent and ambition in life, our company has assisted many young talents through encouragement with funds and sponsorship to make them do more in their chosen carriers"
"I am very glad to be inducted to hall of fame by the reputable media organization, Amebo Newspaper NG, the talk of the town in terms of media with wide range of coverage worldwide, this award is a challenge for me to always do more in what I love doing and I will always be remembered for the gesture..." He said.
However, he highlighted funds one of the major challenges the realtor faces in property and estate company, he also said the government need to encourage property firm by incorporating them in their mortgage scheme in a partnership agreement to benefit both the company and the masses.
While advising his colleagues in the field, he maintained that they should ensure they are honest in their dealings with their customers in getting them properties without making them go through inconvenience in the pursuit of happiness.
