...ADOPTION OF ALHAJA ADEYEMO WALIAT FOLASHADE AS ODEDA CANDIDATE FOR THE FORTHCOMING LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMANSHIP ELECTION
The leaders in of All Progressive Congress in Odeda Local Government has saluted the executive governor of Ogun State, Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun mfr over the choice of Alhaja Adeyemo Waliat Folashade as the chairmanship candidate for the forthcoming local government election in the state.
According to the letter jointly signed by all the leaders in the All Progressive Congress APC in Odeda, which says, "On behalf of the entire progressive APC leaders of Odeda Local Government, we write to express our deepest appreciation to Your Excellency, for counting our daughter, sister, mother and leader; Alhaja Adeyemo W. F. as the party flagbearer / candidate for the forthcoming local government election in the state.
While thanking Your Excellency, for this rear opportunity, we assure you of our unalloyed support in ensuring that our party comes victorious in the coming council election and beyond."
Also, the leaders said they have no doubt that the wealth of experience, ability and leadership traits exhibited by Alhaja Adeyemo while she was the Education Secretary of Odeda Local Government has shown her capability in leading Odeda local government to promise land as the first female chairperson of the local government.
"Alhaja Adeyemo W. F. is humble, reliable, hardworking, intelligence, schorlastic and industrious individual with leadership capacity, exceptional team player and strong party faithful.
It is our hope that Odeda will have a better political fortune under her leadership." They added.
