APC Registration Turns Bloody As Thug Reportedly Invades Ogun SSG, Adegbesan House

There was a wild tension in Ijebu North Local Government area of Ogun State following the invasion of Mr Tokunbo Talabi, Secretary to the state government and Honorable Adegbesan's residence by suspected thugs loyal to Hon Kadiri Dare, The deputy speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly in the wee hours of Friday 19th 2021.

According to our source who pleaded on anonymity confirmed that fight ensued between the Deputy speaker, Hon Kadiri and the APC registration officers in the afternoon leaving scores injured.

The thugs were said to have hijacked the registration forms at the point of revalidation,The APC officers in charge reported to the incident to Oru Awa Police Station and the DPO led his team to recover the registration materials which has been hijacked by the thug to Hon Kadiri's house Amebo Newspaper learnt.

Immediately Hon Kadiri returned to his house he mobilized thug in 2 Toyota Hias Bus and they attacked one of the transition members before heading to Hon Adegbesan House, and Mr Tokunbo Talabi's house in Ijebu North area of the state.

Hon Dare Kadiri in his reaction while speaking with Amebo correspondent on phone said around 10pm, the police stormed Obagun, a formal councillor in Oru when the community people stood by him after the police had bugled the house searching for registration material in his house.

"I was called by one of the youth in the community where i was eating my pepper soup at the joint with my people around 10pm yesterday that Obagun house has been surrounded by Police and I asked them to open the door for them that I will join them but before getting to his house it has been buggled by the police, I asked the police where is the search warrant to search the house and what were they looking for and they said registration materials... Meanwhile, the community people has turned out in mass to secure Obagun from arrest as they said the police cannot arrest him but I calmed them from taking law into their hands whatsoever."

"I think one Mrs Toun Oduwole was the causes of all the issues, because the community people alleged her during the time of crisis of intimidating them because he is closer to the government, Some of the youths who believed the parliative is being stored at SSG's house attacked the house and not any of my boys." Kadiri added.

He said: We demand to know who reported the case and why he went on arrest at that late hour busting the door of Hon obagun's House.
