The Cross River State Commissioner of Police, CP Abdulkadir Jimoh, has died from COVID-19 complications, Nigerian Tribune reports.
The late CP died in the early hours of Friday, December 18, after he was admitted at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital Isolation (UCTH) centre.
Prof. Ikpeme Ikpeme, Chief Medical Director (CMD) of UCTH, while confirming the death of CP Jimoh, appealed to all who have had contact with the deceased police officer to go to the isolation centre for attention.
