Abeokuta- The chairmanship aspirant, Obafemi-Owode local government, High Chief Ogunsola Lanrewaju Adesina has commended the governor of Ogun State, Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun over the construction of Abeokuta-Sagamu expressway.
Balogun of Ajebo land while speaking with Amebo correspondent in Abeokuta said the road construction project will not only relief travellers but attract more foreign investors to Ogun State. " We need to commend the executive governor of Ogun state over his initiative programmes through visible projects like roads, rehabilitation of buildings in public primary and secondary schools in the state under the slogan of 'Ise Ya', I believe Governor Abiodun will surprise his critics despite all odds with landmark achievements during his first 4 years tenure as our governor which will pave way for another 4 years." he said.
He stressed the need to support All Progressive Congress APC government as it is the only party of that can deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.
Also, he expressed appreciation to Governor Abiodun for deeming it necessary to reverse the N25, 000 Naira levied upon the secondary school pupils who are embarking on their West Africa Examination in the state.
He urged the people of Ogun State to give Governor Abiodun maximum support to enable him succeed in his government.
