AGRIC TOUR: SCHEDULED WORKING VISIT TO OGUN STATE GOVERNMENT OWNED LOMIRO OIL PALM PLANTATION AND INDUSTRIAL PALM OIL MILL

In continuation of Ogun State Government’s efforts towards revamping the State Government owned Oil Palm Estates, the team from Ogun State Ministry of Agriculture and officials from Development Finance Office of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), paid a scheduled working visit to Lomiro Oil Palm Estate, today 9th July, 2020.

This facility, established in 1957, is another beneficiary of the recent selection of OGUN State as a beneficiary state in the CBN Oil Palm Development Programme, following advocacy and request by the Government of Ogun State. Oil Palm farmers and young people who are interested in Oil Palm farming stand to benefit from this proposed intervention by CBN.
