Ogun state high court Ijebu ode today has dismissed ADEBOLA DAYO (Son to Engr Bayo Dayo) enforcement of fundermental human right against police invitation over theft at western business group own by Prince Buruji Kashamu. The court directed him to report to his employer and hand over all company money and properties in his possession and also to report to the police and responds to all allegation level against him by employer.
Road is now cleared for police to arrest him.... Meanwhile, Engr Bayo Dayo enforcement of fundermental human right against police invitation has been adjourned to July for rulling.
