Bode Simeon Remain Suspended Member Of Labour Party - AbdulKadir AbdulSalam Insists

ABEOKUTA - The National chairman of Labour party, Alh. Abdukadir Abdulsalam has insisted that a former Vice chairman of the Southwest, Bode Simeon remain suspended. 

Abdulsalam while reacting to the press conference addressed by Simeon in Abeokuta described the former vice chairman as a confused man who does not want progress for the party. 

The national chairman also allaged that Simeon is being sponsored by some politicians so as to disorganise the Labour Party n Ogun state. 

He said, "he is no longer a National Vice Chairman of our dear party. His membership with Labour Party is also in doubt. 

"He has not been a financial member of the party and when he contested, he could not pay for his nomination form.

"I want to believe that Bode is being sponsored to disorganise the party by the same person. 

"Bode himself is a problem to himself."

The nationa chairman however maintained that Comrade Abayomi Arabambi remains the authentic Chairman of Labour Party in Ogun state. 

Abdulsallam added that Arabambi has the backing of the party to speak on its behalf on topical issus. 

He further said, "Comrade Abayomi Arabambiis recognized by the national body of the party and carry out all his duties as mandated by the Party.

"But Bode who is confused, because in Ogun State, we have a Woman leader and has never been making any negative noise around there.

"Arabambi is the authentic Chairman of Labour Party in Ogun State as at today. 

"He has the mandate of the party in Ogun State and there's no other person contending his position as the chairman. He is our representative."
