There was a mild drama in Adedotun area of Abeokuta following the maltreatment of Lateefat Ibrahim (Six Years) by using gas cooker to burn her left hand because she stole cooked beans.
According to eye witness ( name withheld) who contacted Amebo Online Newspaper early this morning said One Rofiat Fakeye fashion designer is always with the attitude of beating her stepdaughter mercilessly whenever she misbehave which always attract neighbourhood intervention but Rofiat always pick up a fight with them.
This morning Rofiat was said to have given the little stepdaughter (Lateefat) another beaten of her life after claiming she stole cooked beans while on fire which made the cooking gas burn her left hand.
After the wound, Rofiat refuses to render the little daughter first aid but the moment she noticed the neighborhood has taken the issue seriously, she visited nearby chemist to get Gential Violet G.V to apply to the bruise.
When our correspondent contacted the father, Jubril Ibrahim who said he is a motorcycle rider, and he has limited time spending at home but he has once beaten Rofiat for maltreatment on Lateefat and the neighborhood always report his wife's wickedness on the daughter to him on several occasions.
The neighbourhood later reported the case to Ibara police station when the Vigilante Group Of Nigeria in the area was unable to handle the situation and she was arrested immediately for prosecution.
