Israel Ogundipe, the popular prophet of the Celestial Church of Christ has threatened to deal with any task force members of the Christian body that comes to his parish to enforce or sanction the infraction of the church’s doctrine.
Ogundipe who is the shepherd of the parish of the Celestial Church of Christ known as Genesis Global made the declaration in a video available to societynow.ng.
”We will tuck them (the task force members) in their robe and take them outside” Ogundipe told his church members in the video.
The video was made during one of the midweek services or a special program based on the video available.
The popular prophet who spoke in Yoruba bragged about having hefty and barrel chest congregants to take care of the task force members.
The Celestial Church of Christ Task Force was inaugurated to protect the sanctity of the rules and regulations guarding worship and practices in the Celestial Church of Christ.
The Task Force has the power to correct and sanction members, shepherds, and parishes established to have committed any infraction of the church’s rules and regulations.
Ogundipe has been at logger’s heads with the leadership of the Celestial Church of Christ for flouting some of the rules and regulations of the Christian fold.
The shepherd in December 2019 publicly re-affirmed his allegiance to the Celestial Church of Christ when he was faced with a strong rumor of a plan to pull out of the Christian body after he was queried for flouting a major doctrine of the church.
