NANS To Governor Abiodun: Remove E-library Levied On Tertiary Institution Students In Ogun | Education | Amebo Online Newspaper



The leadership of the national association of Nigerian students NANS OGUN JCC has demand the immediate eradication of the E-LIBRARY fee of #5000 levied on the students of the Ogun state college of health technology ilese.

According to a press statement jointly signed by Comrade Bamgbose Tomiwa, NANS Chairman and Sodiya Abayomi, Public Relations Officer, Ogun JCC, NANS delegation met with the management of the institutions today to demand for the immediate reverser of the fee. The chairman said the management should not impose unnecessary fee on the Students, he further said the management of the institution should live up to their responsibility and they should look outward so as to put the E-LIBRARY in place rather than putting unnecessary burden on the students.

NANS demand immediate remover of the #5000 E-LIBRARY fee because this decision is not in the best interest of Nigerian students.

NANS also call on the state government to provide solution to the issue of flood that always threatened the lives of Nigerian students in the institutions.

NANS witness the flood and experience the hardship been faced by the students of the institutions as all movement was restricted by the flood as a result of the rain. NANS hereby call on the state government to as a matter of urgency put a lasting solution to this flooding activities in order to prevent further damages which may leads to lost of lives.
