The former house of representative, Ile Ife federal constituency, Honorable Rotimi Makinde has congratulated Governor Gboyega Oyetola after his victory at the supreme court.
Makinde told a large crowd of supporters that it was important to support the judiciary for it remained the foundation of the nation’s democracy.
He said society would disintegrate, if the judiciary is threatened while performing its statutory role.
Also, he uses thie occasion to advise the public to learn to maintain confidence in our judiciary system, thinking otherwise is to portray this country as haven of deciet and lawlessness in the eyes of the world. Makinde added.
