A lady was killed by an oncoming vehicle while trying to cross the road in Lagos.
Local reports show that the sad incident happened today, July 16, 2019 at the Maryland area of Lagos.
The lady, who is yet to be identified, was reportedly putting on earphones while attempting the cross the road so she didn't hear the vehicle coming until it crushed her.
The sad incident has caused an outpouring of grief on social media with many advising people to put off their earphones while crossing expressways.
