Dapo Abiodun Expresses Hope For A Greater Ogun State

Ogun State Governor-Elect, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has expressed very high hopes for a greater and more prosperous Ogun State under his soon-to-be-inaugurated Administration.
This was  even as he prepares to join the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo,  in a thanksgiving service slated for Ikenne, the country home of the Vice President, on Sunday, 24th March, 2019.

In a statement issued in Abeokuta by the spokesperson for the Governor-elect, Rt. Hon. Remmy Hazzan, Prince Abiodun reiterated  that the intended synergy between Ogun and Lagos States on one side, as well as between the State and Federal Government, will catapult the Ogun State to an enviable height in its developmental strides and in the political-economy of the Nigerian Nation.

While describing Professor Osinbajo as a huge asset to Ogun State and South West Nigeria, he commended him for his uncommon loyalty to President Muhammadu Buhari and his unique support for Ogun State APC during the just concluded general elections.

Abiodun further commended the efforts of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government in the on going expansion  of Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, the nearly completed Lagos-Abeokua-Ibadan light rail project, among many other critical infrastructural interventions  in the state.

“More than ever before, we will pursue synergy with Lagos, as well as with the Federal Government, coupled with our template of equity and fairness in our developmental initiatives. This we believe  will usher in uncommon growth on all fronts.”
