The just concluded election in Ogun has been confirmed to be a peaceful election with large turnout.
This confirmation was made by the chairman of Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC)Comrade Abayomi Arabambi during his inspection tour round the state few minutes after the conclusion of the Presidential / National Assembly election.
Arabambi during the interview with Falcon Times Correspondent charged INEC to improve in the area of transportation to avoid delay in the arrival of electoral officers and materials to the polling centers.
"We have large turnout of the people that actually came to exercise their right considering the percentage of the registered voters"
"I saw the REC which has been up and doing to see what is going on among the electorates"
"Some of these people started late which called for improvement although the transport union picked released their vehicles late, some couldn't get fuel in time. They should be able to have fueled their vehicles ready a night before the day, all should be on stand by"
"In the next election, electorares should vote for candidates of their choice, they should not sell their votes because it's their decision today that will may or mar their future and our country" He concluded.
