Dr Samson Adeola Odedina was the Guest Lecturer at the 20th Annual Lecture Series during the 21st Annual FUNAAB Alumni Convention themed “Agricultural and National Development”: Scaling Agricultural Solutions for Sustainable National Development. The event was held on Saturday, 19th January, 2019 at the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Alabata.
In an elaborate lecture, Dr Odedina stated the importance of scaling up Agriculture as a compulsory vehicle to drive Economic Diversification of Nigeria.
Highlight of the Event was the presentation of an Outstanding Award of Recognition to Dr Odedina.
The event had in attendance the Vice Chancellor of FUNAAB, Professor Felix kolawole Salako, Pro Chancellor/Chairman, Barrister Aboki Zhawa, HRM Oba Omosanya Akinyemi (Ebi of Idena, Iperu Remo), Aare Abiola Salau, the Chairman of the occasion, Professor Lateef Sanni Deputy Vice Chancellor
Development ,Professor Kolawole Adebayo Project Director CAVA II, Olusola Tobun the National President of FUNAAB Alumni and other dignitaries from different works of life.
