Meanwhile, to those who might be curious about the modalities of Bi-monthly empowerment program at Honorable Rotimi Makinde's residence, The empowerment is sidelined from balloting system but to everyone irrespective of age, tribe and political parties.
Ten people were picked forthrightly and presented instant cash while some were given clothing materials, while others will be given a token for their transportation with the hope of relief to the good people of ife during this period of Ramadan.
