BREAKING! Dino's Recall : INEC fails again as Court throws out petition

An high court sitting in abuja, today threw out INEC petition seeking for a substituted means of service of notice of recall to distinguished Sen. Dino Melaye representing Kogi West Senatorial District.
The judge while dismissing the petition for lacking in merit, clearly observed that, Senator Dino Melaye is a distinguished member of the 8th Senate and an honorable member of the public that would have no reason to avoid or evade been served. The court further said it is aware that the Senator is on holiday, of which the National Assembly is yet to resume from recess noting that, the steps taken by Inec is hasty and unnecessary.
It could be recalled that an Abuja high court on the 11 Sept., 2017 had given Inec a nod to reschedule its time-table on the recall on of the Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye. INEC had since claimed it was unable to serve Sen Dino Melaye personally which led the commission to approach the court for alternative means of service.
The Court therefore, adjourned till next week Thursday 28 september, 2017.

Meanwhile, the two weeks ultimatum for the service of notice of recall would have expired by that next week Thursday.
The PROJECTOR gathered through the S. A media to the Distinguished Senator Dino Melaye that INEC have demonstrated excessive curiosity which brings more suspicion on the recall matter.
Mr. Gideon Ayodele stated that the Senator will be willing to receive the said notice as it will further expose INEC and the sponsors of the satanic recall.
"Senator Dino Melaye is a law abiding citizen and will always submit to due process " he said.
