The State Executive Council Of Ogun State Labour Party at an Emergency Meeting On Wednesday the 9th August 2017, after careful consideration of recent events affecting our dear state political and economy especially, APC Lead Government of Senator Ibikunle Amosun request to the National assembly for another loan of $350 million dollars from world Bank payable over a period of 25 years in addition to $250 million dollars external debt payable over 20 years and N410 billion naira local debt payable over 65 years, rose to out rightly Condemned the satanic attempt to enslave the next fifth generation in perpetual slavery. 

In a press release signed by Comrade Arabambi Abayomi Oluwafemi ,Labour Party State Chairman and Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday, the State Secretary describe the shoddy, secret, non-challant, fraudulent and Incompetent approach employed by the Gov Ibikunle Amosun government in the process leading to the Handling Of 350 Million Dollars Loan Request By Ogun State Government without the approval of Ogun state Assembly negates principles of separation of powers, fiscal responsibility acts 2007 and at variance with the constitution of the Federal republic of Nigeria. 

^{This singular act of usurping the legislative powers of the Assembly by Gov Amosun in criminal connivance with the Speaker Hon Adekunbi constitute a treasonable act against the people of ogun state and the yet unborn fifth Generations. Governor Amosun Lead Government has thus constitute his Government as selfish, unserious, greedy, gourmand, gluttonous who has not only come to put our dear state into perpetual indebitness but conspiratorially turned Ogun state to a battle ground for political and asset acquiring supremacy.}

In sane society like ogun state, it's primarily incumbent upon a sitting or ruling government to provide good governance to governed according to the Oath of office they swore to uphold, but in the case of Ogun state, the opposite is the order of the Day since the Administration of Gov Amosun came on board in 2011.
We wish to bring to the notice of the people of ogun state the following facts and informations. 
1 That Governor Amosun government owed local financial institutions as at June 2017 the sum.of N410 billion naira payable in 65 years.
2 That Gov Amosun lead Apc Government has $250 million dollars equivalents of N100 billion payable over 20 years‎.

The latest being the fraudulent request of $350 million dollars equivalents of N129 billion naira rejected by both the senate and the house of Representatives is highly commendable, because our party on June 9th 2017 wrote to the National Assembly to intimate them about the plan and attempt by the ruling APC Government to fraudulently and unconstitutionally obtain the sum of $350 million dollars loan for 2019 general Election. The incompetent APC lead Government claims that the loan attracts just two per cent interest as against the 22 percent ‎obtainable in the normal financial market. “The loan is also payable over a period of 25 years with a five -year moratorium which means that we have about 30 years to pay

Governor Amosun Government on monthly basis made N7 billion naira monthly since inception and that amounted to over N540 billion naira over six years period.
Governor Amosun Government received a total of N75 billion naira Bailout fund from President Muhammad Buhari Lead Federal Government
Governor Amosun Government has collected two tranches of Paris Club Refund totaling N14.6 Billion naira 

Governor Amosun Government collected net Federal Allocation of N4 billion After the deduction ‎N350 million naira security votes due to the Governor totaling N288 billion naira in Allocation to Ogun State from Federal purse and N25.2 billion naira as security votes due to the Governor in personal capacity.

Our party and the people of Ogun State could not find where all this funds were utilize for both capital and recurrent expenditures. Only Dubious Roads and bridges were constructed with over 90% of such Capital projects abandoned. Salaries, leave bonuses, gratuities, pensions, cooperative deductions of workers has been kidnapped by the Evanses in our Ogun State Government house and governor Office. The State House of Assembly complex has been deserted by the honourable members due to its inhabitant delapitated nature's of the house of assembly complex, contract inflation and abandonment is now on the prowl and yet, Governor Amosun appointees in the finance and budget ministry still have the effontry and Audacity to demand and request the approval of the National Assembly for Another $350 million dollars loan which is equivalents of N129 billion naira.
Our party here by resolved as follows:
1 That members of the house of Assembly should as a matter of urgency and in the overall interest and sanity of the economy of our dear state removed or impeach the Speaker for gross incompetence, dereliction of duties, sabotage, corruption, and fraudulent activities against the people of Ogun State. 

2 That both the Hon commissioner for Finance Mr. Wale Oshinowo and counterpart in the ministry of Budget and planning Mrs Aderenle Adesina be removed from office by the Governor or resigned immediately from that office for wistfully committing a treasonable act of gross financial misconduct that negate fiscal responsibility act 2007 and constitution of Nigeria ,deceit, attempted fraud to jointly obtain the loan in order to permanently enslave Ogun State in perpetual Debt and make the State ungovernable for the incoming Administration.
We wish to conclude that Governor Amosun has already plunge Ogun State into 90 years repayment period for all the loans taking by his Administration's As at June this year 2017, the total debt profile of ogun state since the inception of Governor Amosun lead APC Administration is N510 Billion naira only payable for the next 90 years. Let he who is campaigning for the seat of Ogun governor in 2019 know that this request for the fraudulent $350 Million Dollars equivalent of N129 Billion Naira must fail.
