This is a new development which emerged as a fallout of the
APC Data Capture Centre in Ikeja, Lagos State. The APC
Hackers are giving out forms for masses to complete, thereby
deceiving the unsuspecting Nigerians that INEC requests them
to complete the forms for confirmation of their data capture.
The secret behind this is once you complete this form, you
have to include your voters card number(VIN) on it which is
absurd!
How does this evil perpetrators have access to your PVC? The
PVC will be inserted into a machine that will read the card,
once this is done, the machine will reject your card when you
attempt using it on election. It will disclose you had Voted
earlier when actually you have not! This is because your VIN
would have been used to vote before the election.
Kindly spread this news to avoid ignorant people falling
victim of this evil perpetrators selfish motives!
