As ogun students appraised senator ibikunle amosun,
on the drastic development in Ogun-State.
Economic situation of diverse state in the country is
expected to be the determining factor to projects that
ought to be embarked upon by that state-government.
Some states have surrendered to the dictate of federal
government,to the angle of inclination of zero
economic plan, that could save them from the
bondage of poverty, thereby depending solely on the
little given to them at the end of each month as
allocation from the country account.
In my dear state of Ogun, reverse is the case, where
Governor ibikunle amosun. Has turned it around
obviously. It was rampant that un-employment was
high and the economiclife of indigenes and people
below average, but vividly in the last three and half
years, a number of foreign investors have been moved
and tempted to invest in ogun-state.
All these were possible due to the infrastructural
facilities that was put in place, to make easy
accessibilty to all existing and prospective
investors,take for instance some constructed bridges
in diverse locations, like Abeokuta,Sagaam,Ijebu-Ode
has aided the migration of foreign investors into ogun-
state.
Today, flyover is no longer strange to us in ogun, it has
cut accross sagaam,i-ode,abeokuta, these with no
doubt have been the propagator of lasting of dividend
of democracy that could be given to man on the street
as job opportunity, unfortunately, the politicians here
in nigeria deals with stomach infrastructure rather
than self transformation, but Governor ibikunle
amosun is a reversal of a Non-politician who believes
in self transformation, rather than stomach
infrastructure.
Am proud to say that Ogun-State is now a new
jerusalem for all to visit, it was with the effort of
touching lives at all ramification of life that the state
government disbursed 13 brand new toyota hiace bus
to all 13 tertiary instituition(state and federal).
If concerted effort are in place at all level of
government to engage people in productio service, our
Country and State will at no doubt in time come to be
the new America.
It is on this note, I beg and beseech our amiable father
and Governor to please make our bursary readily
disbursed as we know he is progressives, in other to
add another feather to his cap.
